Question : I have a rash on my inner thighs and rear that is oozes clear. Anti fungal and cortisone haven't helped. Any suggestions?

Can you send a photo? I need to ensure it is a fungal infection and not a bacterial infection of the thigh skin.

If fungal infection is confirmed, terbinafin ointment recommended locally. If still no improvement, you might need oral treatment too.
