Brief Answer:
not specific / observe

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query and the pictures.
Noted the history of it starting as a rash and then became a bump as seen in the picture.
The picture shows this non-specific or can be due to a bite of an insect.
I would advise you to keep it under observation and not to fiddle with it. Body will take care of it .
I hope this answers your question. Please feel free to ask for further if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Brief Answer:
Please post another photo.

Detailed Answer:
Seen the image loaded just now. Please post another as this is very hazy. The first ones were so clear.

Yes, I too realized this when read your history, you posted in the first query.
Most of the bites are painful and they do itch. It is a possibility that some insects have such a poison that do not cause itching or so.

Single lesion on wrist, practically no symptoms other than visible redness and elevated red lesion, commonest possibility is an insect bite.
I hope you do not have other such lesions on the other parts of the body or any other medical problems / medicines that you are taking.

Brief Answer:
If no symptoms, do not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for a better picture.
This is an asymptomatic small lump. If this is not causing any problem, please do no worry and keep under observation. As I said earlier this may be an insect bite.
The body will take care of it through its immune system.
If any symptoms develop like- itching, increase in size, pus formation, development of such lumps elsewhere on the body, consult your Doctor.
