Question : I woke up with a red rash bumps on penis head on Monday, last time I had sex with my gf was on Sunday morning

I have gone through your query and have checked the attached images. The head of the penis seems inflamed. You can try applying a combination of hydrocortisone and clotrimazole (OTC). If it does not improve in a few days it would be a good idea to visit a doctor and to get it evaluated further.

so I got diagnosed positive for herpes type 1, my partner gave me oral sex and she had a cold sore on her lip
