Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome

I appreciate your concern

Based on your description an elevated pulse and shaking / tremors / chills can be due to a number of conditions. These include febrile conditions due to an infection, thyrotoxicosis/ hyperthyroidism, hypotension, hypoglycaemia or a panic attack. Certain drugs can also lead to such a condition. Physical exam findings would guide the need for the relevant investigation's that may include a complete blood count , ECG , blood sugar, ESR and TFTS. Treatment can be advised accordingly once the cause is determined.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
