Brief Answer:
No need to panic or go to ER

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for your query.

I have read you query and I understand your concerns about pinkish bleeding.

Following is my reply:

1) This seems to be simple fungal infection and there is no need to panic or go to ER.

2) Fungal infection leads to bad odor as well as bright pinkish bleeding as you described.

3) Book an appointment with your doctor and meet to get examined and take tablets to treat this.

4) This is not emergency and no need to worry about this.

I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.

Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.

Regards,
Dr. Soumya
