Question : I have discovered a cluster of rash like pimples on my back this am left hand side under bra strap -.no pain - some look like they are v slightly blistery - am wondering what they are and could they be shingles - I did have chicken ok as a child

from the description, I could think of three possibilities
Herpes zoster
insect bite
multiple furuncles.

Usually these three have some degree of associated pain or burning sensation
I would request that you resend a better quality pic where I can see the lesions clearly, the uploaded pic has a poor resolution and hence lesions are not appreciable.
