Brief Answer:
Contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with a skin rash. This rash sounds like contact dermatitis. This is possibly due to your clothing and more than likely the detergent or fabric softener you are using. When you sweat the residual chemicals from washing, detergent and fabric softener, come in contact with your skin and cause a rash. I would recommend continuing to use the steroid cream. You may need a stronger cream if this does not resolve. I would also recommend stopping all fabric softener and change your detergent to a hypoallergenic brand.

In summary
1. contact dermatitis
2. Stop current detergent and fabric softener
3. Switch to hypoallergenic detergent
4. Use high potency steroid cream from your doctor.

I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions
