Hello Dear,

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) Gassy feeling or abdominal bloating near right ovary region may be due to ovarian cyst, early phase of appendicitis, colitis, Pelvic Inflammatory Disease, indigestion problem, constipation etc.

2) I suggest you to undergo clinical examination and some basic investigations like one pelvic ultrasound scan (USG), complete blood count and routine urine examination. These will help to confirm the diagnosis.

3) Until then, I suggest to take antacid like RACIPER 20 mg ONCE daily in the morning and DROTIN-DS for abdominal cramp. Drink more water and eat fiber rich diet including green vegetables. Keep bowel habit regular. Be stress free.
