Hello XXXXXXX Welcome to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,
First of all, please note that at such young age, it's extremely unlikely to get affected by any cardiac ailments, so don't worry about it, good that you've got yourself checked out already..
Yes, those symptoms do appear due to acid-peptic disease (gastric problems), and since you've already started on Pantocid, please continue it for atleast next 10-15 days and observe how you stay..
Please stay well hydrated by drinking a lot of water (it's extremely important to avoid the hard consistency of the stool), have plenty of fresh fruits, and include fresh green leafy vegetables and salads in your daily diet..
You can take Syp LACTULOSE 15ml (available by the name of LOOZ/ DUPHALAC), Once daily at bedtime(post dinner) for next 2-3 days and observe how you stay and can titrate the dosage as per the response (can be increased up to twice daily to thrice daily based on the symptoms)..
Medicine alone won't be sufficient to resolve the gas problems, please avoid junk/ deep fried/ spicy foods for the time being..have simple home cooked meals.. avoid soda/smoking/alcohol (if you do)..
Start taking Yogurt and curd, they are in fact rich in healthy bacteria for your gut functioning..avoid milk in direct form..also avoid certain foods which predispose to excessive gas formation (i.e. Cabbage, cauliflour , turnips, raddish etc.).. Avoid fizzy carbonated beverages..take fresh fruits instead of packaged fruit juices..
Let me know how you stay in the due course..

Kind Regards

So let me update how is my state now.
The pain in the chest is almost reduced but sometimes i do feel a slight shooting pain.
Now the major problem is become that i am not passing my stool. As per your advice i am taking DUPHALAC from almost 48 hours now but its not working. I am passing very little almost nothing. It is not hard but small tiny poop.
But my eating on time and gas is reduced but the major problem is my bowel movement and constipation now. I feel heavy on my chest and sometimes finding it difficult to breath like its happening now when i am writing to you.
I am totally hating this and its affecting me and i am stressing myself. Please advice.

you need to pass motion properly within next 12-24 hrs..follow the advises.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back,
Thanks for following up,
Yes, the heaviness and all those other symptoms are primarily due to inadequate motion and impending gas..you need to pass motion properly within next 12-24 hrs..since the consistency of motion is not hard so chances are there to pass it on your own with the following measures..
Follow the measures :
Take an additional dose of Duphalac tonight after dinner..so total 30 ml..drink plenty of water (as much as possible)..wait for next few hours.. and whenever you'll be feeling like passing motion after this, don't rush in to the toilet, instead drink another 1 or 2 glass of water first then go to the wash-room..
You can also sit in a tub of XXXXXXX warm water (Sit'z bath for half an hour afterwards, it'll help)..
If despite following this, there's insufficient quantity of motion, then get DULCOLAX suppository (you should buy it beforehand only) and insert it properly (simply go to youtube and check a tutorial video on "how to use suppository")..wait for around half an hour to one hour and then go to wash-room..this should do it..
If despite doing this, there's inadequate motion, I'd advice for retention enema treatment (P.C.Enema), but it should be inserted by medical professional help (an experienced nurse or doctor), in that scenario simply go to your nearest healthcare facility (any nearby hospital/nursing home) and get it done..
Don't worry, but proper bowel movement must be resumed within another 12-24hrs, so follow the instructions strictly and observe how you stay..don't strain for passing motion, follow the advises and drink plenty of water and high fiber diet for the time-being..
Do let me know how you stay afterwards..

I am feeling much better now. After increasing the dose of Duphalac, i had a good relief the next morning. so should i continue the doze or i should stop.
And also i am taking pentacid in the morning & evening and eating properly but still the gas is not gone way completely and also slight headache(kind of dizziness) and heaviness in the chest (specially near left side as if their a gas formation kind) is still there but its very mild and its only once or twice in a day.
So any further medication or advice to improve the health.

follow-up consultation..
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX Welcome back,
Thanks for following up,
Good to know your feeling better now..no you should continue it with the reduced previous dose (i.e. 15ml at bedtime) for next few more days (6-7 days) and then stop it..
The diet habit must be maintained as already advised as it's the key to good health..
Pantocid can be continued for next 7 days in twice daily dose and then reduce it to once daily before breakfast for next 15 days..
No more additional medications as of now, try to follow the advises strictly and also start doing some out door exercises (30-40 min of jogging in the park in morning/evening), it should be subsided, don't worry, just follow the advises strictly, eat well, sleep timely (maintain 6-8 hr of sleep at night time), stay well hydrated by drinking lot of water (~ 2.5. ltr per day), avoid any kind of smoking/alcohol, you should be fine..
Take Care
Kind Regards
