What Causes Facial Rashes In A Child?

Question: Small pimples and rashes like all over the face from couple of days. He is 11 month old twin.He dows not cry or rub on pimples

Thanks for asking on this platform

I have seen the images and to me it appears to be allergic rashes.
Here treatment with oral anti allergic like cetrizine/hydroxyzine syrup with application of mild steroid ointment locally helps.
I won't get worried as this is not a serious condition and improves with treatment in most of the cases.
I request you to consult your pediatrician for prescription of medication.
