Question : Saturday evening 4:30 pm i feel little chillness and then fever came along with headache and muscular pain in leg. I take crocin at that time fever come down a little bit but muscular and headache is still there at that time in night 11:00 pm i take one more crocin but my fever not comes down and i am not able sleep whole night due to headache ,fever and muscular pain.In Sunday morning 5:00 am i take zerodol-p after that my fever comes down and also give muscular and headache relief. At 11:00 am again i feel little chill and again fever starts i take zerodol-p at 12:30 pm which give relief from fever,headcahe and muscular pain till night 11:00 pm.Yesterday before sleeping i take zerodol-p and till now i am ok and in office.My question is that shall i continue with this medicine or i need to change it or how many days i need to take this.I have no cough,cold,motion normal.no soar throat till now.Kindly advice..

From your presentation it seems that it can be malaria which is caused by Plasmodium species.
Clinical symptoms of malaria includes Paroxysm of fever, shaking chills, sweats, Myalgia, Fatigue etc which is very well correlating with your presentation.
I will advice you to do Peripheral smear (PS) examination for malarial parasites (MP) for the confirmation of malaria, though it should be taken exactly at the time you are having the chills and fever. Meanwhile till the report comes you can take zerodol-p two times a day for the symptomatic relief. After the positive report start antimalarial drugs after consulting your physician.
