Suggest Treatment For Typhoid And Malaria
Hello doctor, i am a male,22yrs,172cms,64kg.Since the past 6 days i have both typhoid and malaria(plasmodium vivax),as suggested by blood test.No vomiting and i also have been attending half-day college as i am completing great in the morning,but only fell low at night.Please suggest.

Hi thanks for contacting HCM.
Note you have both typhoid and P.vivex malaria.....
Do you have consulted physician for that.???
For malaria take chloroquine or artesunate drug according to schedule.
For typhoid take cefixime 200 mg tablet for 10 days...
Meanwhile take care of following...
Take soft and bland diet.
Better is to use semisolid food and fruit juice more.
Take protein diet like egg, pulse , milk etc.
Avoid high fiber food....
Avoid excess fried and fatty food...
Non veg and junk food avoided....
Drink more water....
It is better to take rest for few days rather then going for college....
