Question : I'm a 59 yo female. My heart rate is staying high (130-188) when ever I move. I'm light headed, and sweating like crazy. Bp is 115/75
Brief Answer:
Please go to the ER.
Detailed Answer:
Hello -
Tachycardia plus symptoms such as light headedness and sweating need to be evaluated in the ER, so go there now please.
This could be something as benign as an anxiety/panic attack, but it could be a heart rhythm irregularity too. Only way to know is to go in, get an EKG, have cardiac monitoring in the ER. They will also take some blood tests for how your heart is doing too.
