Question : My face feels itchy but I see no rash what is the cause of this.

I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Itch face with no obvious rash may occur because of following reasons :
1 ) Photosensitivity- it is allergic reaction to sunlight mainly UVB and UVA radiation.
It may result in itch on exposed parts mainly face or may lead to various kind of rash.
2) Allergic contact dermatitis - it is allergic reaction to any cosmetic, soap, hair XXXXXXX etc more often when recently changed.
Both the conditions may be only associated with symptoms like itcj or burning sensation or may lead to obvious rash.
I usually advice my patients to apply a broad spectrum sunscreen regularly and take antihistaminics like levocetrizine.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription accordingly.
