Question : Itchiness around the eyes and a small red rash under one eye. Can I use anti itch cream to relieve the itchiness and hydrocortisone for a few days?

What you are having now is part of same problem you had previously.
Hydrocortisone which you have already used can be used again.
You can also add oral antiallergic tablets once a day.This will relieve your problem.
