Question : I have small clear bumps all, over my palms. They itch and are white in color. a bit like water blisters. I also have a rash on my ankle that is weeping and won't heal.

You have developed an endogenous eczema called as pompholyx.
Strong steroid creams like clobetasol and an antihistamine tablet will help you.
For the leg rash apply a combination of steroid cream and antibiotic cream.
