Question : upper body rash, it comes and goes to various locations. at times will only be present for a few hours then gone. It is itchy... It has been gong on for about 2 months but I feel may be related to blueberries as i started to eat more around that time ?
I am trying to figure this out. I also work out, could it otherwise be from Whey protein ? I have been taking it for 1.5 year but never had an issue. I still am thinking its from berries... or banana ? I stopped taking berries a day ago...how long would it take for rash to stop occuring if it was berries ?

Probably you have developed acute urticaria.
It is an allergic condition.
Blueberry is a common cause for this.
It's good you have stopped taking them.
Take an antihistamine tablet like Zyrtec 10mg for 7 days and see the response.
You might get relief from this problem.
