What Causes Itchy Rashes On The Back?

Question : My friend noticed a weird rash in my back in 2 spots. It’s a grid like pattern of red dots. They don’t hurt or itch and I haven’t laid on anything with a grid.

Is this something that I should have checked?

I’m caucasian.
