What Causes Painless And Reddish Rashes On The Chin?

Question: I have a red rash on my chin, L side, w/ bumps, no pain or itching, lasting 1 month now, been to 2 doctors and thinking of going to walk in clinic today. Everything I try makes it look paler for awhile then looks same as before. Tried OTC antibacterial cream, H2O2, and now Abreva. Have script for Prednisone but a little afraid to use it.

Brief Answer:
Apply cortisone cream
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking eczematous dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 5-7 days.
This should resolve it.
No need to take oral prednisone for it.
