Brief Answer:
taking 50mg zoloft and etizolaam will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I think that either you had a new episode of acute attack of anxiety and depression or its because of lowered dosage of zolft.
Whatever it is - for now you should go back to 50mg zoloft again.

Alongwith zoloft, taking etizolaam 0.5- 1mg tablet will help in controlling panic attack or present increased state of anxiety. You can repeat this drug three times a day but avoid it after 4pm. This is not sedative. Can be taken SOS also. Avoid driving.

From my clinical experience i feel that you will have sleeping problems too ( for few days ) now as anxiety has gone up- so, zolpidem 12.5mg can be taken after dinner.

avoid tea/ coffee and any other stimulant and alcohol (if you use it).

Dont worry, just wait for a few days and you will be back to normal.
.
Hope the reply helps you.
please feel free to ask more questions for clarification.
