Question : I have a rash on my neck , back, under my arms and on one arm. It itchs a lot. Took claritin yesterday and today, but still itching. Should I go to the emergency room?

Since you are not having relief of itching after taking antihistaminic claritin I would recommend you to go to emergency room for further evaluation as any allergic reaction can be life threatening if not picked up timely.
