Brief Answer:
Is this the first time?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this query.

Your symptoms are suggestive of a possible panic attack. If this was the first time you experienced this, I will want to observe again and confirm before suggesting any treatment options. If this was not the case, report past episodes so that I can review and see whether treatment at this time is helpful.

Another season could be that this is a normal adaptation to exercise. This would be common in persons who are not used to. If you are not used to doing exercise, start and increase gradually and not rush to doing miles so quickly.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
