What Causes Rash To Shed On Application Of Cream?

Question : I have been putting the creams on....the rash is starting to shed. Is that a good indication of healing and starting to go away

I have been treating the rash..and keeping it clean and applying the creams. It's feels like its going away. O have not been able to look nor take a picture...but I have been putting the creams onb2-3 xs a day...i feel better...
