Brief Answer:
Jock itch to confirm by skin scrapping examination

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

I have gone through the photo you provided and noted the rash.

It seems to be related to jock itch. As it is ongoing problem, I advise as following :
- run a skin scrapping exam to determine whether it is a fungal infection (e.g jock itch ) or eczema
- have you used any medication that stopped itchiness (if yes, please provide the names )
It is better not to use any meds (cream) locally until you run the suggested exam.

If fungal infection is confirmed, then treatment includes applying antifungal cream locally (e.g. terbinafin combined with hydrocortisone ) and a two week course of terbinafin orally.

Hope it was of help!
