                                            Probably an allergic reaction
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for the query,
The image you juts uploaded is suggestive of an acute inflammatory/allergy reaction. Benadryl is a topical anti inflammatory and anti allergic drug, clearly explaining why the lesions are sensitive to it.
It might be of interest to carefully check for why you experience this rash all the time. There is for sure an agent the causes this reaction to your body. Taking of time to better monitor the time of the day, the dress, the location, the food you take, any particular dress of activity you undertake and experience the rash would be of interest. Absence of skin eruptions around this area make an infection very unlikely.
I suggest, in case you really cannot link these lesions to a specific agent, visit a dermatologist for a p[roper clinical review and allergen screen if necessary.
\kind regards as I wish you the best of health.
