Question : I have a small smooth red spot between my scrotum and groin. It appeared 2 days after protected sex. It does not burn or itch

Vascular lesion refers to a lesion arising from blood vessels.
The lesions in perineal region are suspicious for lesions caused by sexually transmitted diseases.
However, sexually transmitted diseases commonly present with rash, discharge, enlargement of lymph nodes, or bubo.

A red colored lesion is not seen in case of sexually transmitted disease.
