Brief Answer:
I suggest to continue with this medicine if these effects are mild but I need to see a picture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! I have been through your question.

Please first I need to see an attached picture of this area for the better evaluation.

Related your concern you should know that the more common side effects that can occur with use of clindamycin are stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash (like you have) and metallic or unpleasant taste in your mouth.

If these effects are mild, they may go away within a few days or a couple of weeks.
So, based on these data I think that if your side effects are mild you shouldn't stop the clindamycin but should notice the evolution of these effects within a few days.
Furthermore if these effects has a severe evolution I suggest to meet your doctor in order to change the drug.

I hope my answer helps you.
I wish you a quick recovery.
Regards.
