What Causes Redness In The Eye Of An Infant?

Question: My 4 month daughter has got her right eye red from the corner ( one which is near the nose)
Pls suggest ...it is NOT watery or sticky

In the absence of discharge,possibility of allergy is more. Please upload a photo of the red eye so that I am better able to help.

Anti allergic drops like oopar , twice a day and Acular LS thrice a day will be continued for 4 to 5 days.

Unable to take a proper pic ....attached is the brst i could...her right eye is looking smaller if you see closely ...also the red color has disappeared...now its only one transparent small film in the corner..
Plsguide as i am really worried on eye lookimg smaller

Redness gone...transparent film still there...her right eye looks little swollen...attaching a pic .

This was allergy.Now , as the photograph shows the difference in size has also improved. The problem with allergy being that it can always reoccur.

For the time being, child is fine and continue with the treatment.
