hello,
as you mentioned something has fallen inside your eyes might be insect whether you saw it while removing. i advice you to wash your eyes thoroughly with water.
dont start with fml-t, it is steroids,
as some thing might be present specially in fornices, better to start only gatsun, plain antibiotic and cleaninig with water and antibiotic ointment at night like exocin.
if problem persist after 4-5 days then start steroids
hope i answer your query.
take care and you can ask further queries

Hi, From your history it seems you definitely have something in your eyes which is causing foreign body sensation while blinking. It may be a caterpillar hair which is usually missed by ophthalmologist if they don't look properly onto the lids and it margins.I believe you need a thorough check up on slit lamp along with fluorescine staining of your cornea which ll help in the diagnosis of caterpillar hair or fine thorns stick onto the lid margin....tc

Hello,
As you have told in the history you are giving history of fall of foreign particle into the eye. The redness can be because of presence of foreign particle or because of inflammation induced by the mild injury.

In conditions with foreign particles inside the eye steroid eye drops like FML-T should not be used as this can cause infection or aggravate the infection.
I advice you to start antibiotic eye drops and to consult eye doctor to look for presence of foregin particle which needs to be removed.

If a foreign particle is not found in your eye and only infalmmation is seen because of mild injury then antiinflammatory eye drops as given by your doctor may be sufficient if the inflammation is mild.

Thank you
