Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern.

I have read your history carefully and would like you to know that hot flashes which you described are a very common symptom of menopause. Please answer the following to guide you better.

Have you had your menopause yet or not ?
Do you take medication for any psychiatric illness ?
What is your average resting blood pressure control and pulse/heart rate ?
Do you experience anxiety or panic attack spells frequently ?

Let me know if you have any query

wishing you best of health
