Question : I have swollen lips and rash red bite like red spots on my arms, legs, and chest. Is this a reaction to food?
SHould I see a doctor or take over the counter anti histamine. I am very uncomfortable and not sure what to eat.

You would like you have hives and you are very uncomfortable with the itching. I recommend that you be seen in an urgent care or ER. They can help with your situation quickly with injectable medication. You could try waiting it out at home with taking an antihistamine like zyrtec or allegra. But if you worsen I recommend you be seen right away.
