Question: I have swollen lips and rash red bite like red spots on my arms, legs, and chest. Is this a reaction to food?
SHould I see a doctor or take over the counter anti histamine. I am very uncomfortable and not sure what to eat.

They can help with your situation quickly with injectable medication. You could try waiting it out at home with taking an antihistamine like zyrtec or allegra.
