Question : for last few weeks there are tiny blisters in my fingers with itching sensation. its erupts and liquid comes out and its quite continuous. the skin became very rough and scary.to my mind its Dyshidrotic Eczema. i have tried oinment like fourderm etc. but the result is not effective. its spreading slowly. please suggest medicine or cream to apply.

It is looking like scabies.
I treat such cases with topical permethrin cream.
A single application of permethrin gives good relief within a week.
Also take antihistamine tablet to control itch.
