                                    Brief Answer:
Thyroid function tests
Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern. Do you think you have a viral infection or something like that? Any runny nose or cough etc?
Your hands tend to be cold when you are stressed and with a cold hand if you touch other parts of body, you may feel those areas are warm.
However, I would recommend to check your body temperature using a thermometer. Please get a thyroid blood work if the feeling of warmth persists.
Regards
Binu

                                    Brief Answer:
Not to worry.
Detailed Answer:
Okay. In that case, please do not worry much.
However, It is a good idea to get your temperature checked with a thermometer. If that is fine, please relax. As I mentioned earlier, if this feeling of warmth persists beyond few days, please get a thyroid blood test done ( thyroid function test).

Viral infection.
Detailed Answer:
Okay. Then it could be a viral infection. Please take rest. Drink plenty of fluids. If you can still get a temperature recording that would be great. If temperature goes above 100 degrees , better to take Paracetamol.
