Detailed Answer:
Hello
My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Your Liver function tests(LFTs) shows that you infection is regressing. Liver has a unique capability of regeneration. Its tissue regenerates. So in most cases patients of hepatitis becomes healthy again with no residual infection. It is possible that earlier you were having Acute Viral Hepatitis but later on after the virus completed its cycle your infection has resolved and tests for hepatitis are now -ve. Your liver parenchyma will regenerate to its original level. You just need to keep well hydrated and take adequate rest.
- AVOID:

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
