Question : my son is 12 and has developed red bumps on his back and chest - starting to itch. evolved from small pimple like bumps and are now larger rash like

I uploaded a photo - it is duller in pic that appears - these spots are all over his chest and back. he is playing a lot of hockey and I am thinking it looks like a rash from the underarmour.
