Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
Considering the picture it seem to be a normal mole (nevus). It doesn't seem to be of concern.
The only concern of brown spot everywhere in the body is the possibility that it might be melanoma ,which is a skin cancer.Although it is extremely rare for melanoma to appear in foreskin ,it is not impossible.
If this spot has appeared lately and has changed in appearance (dimensions ,color, symmetry ) you may need to check it out with a dermatologist ,just to be safe.
If it has been for a while there and hasn't changed ,then it is just a normal mole .You can just observe it ,time after time to see if it changes in dimensions.
It doesn't seem to be of concern.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.
Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
