Brief Answer:
I suggest a dermoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Thank you.
Its a pigmented lesion on the antihelix of ear. It looks to me as a flat, well defined, round or oval nevus with regular margins but it has different shades of brown i.e XXXXXXX with dark brown spots in the center. It could be a dysplastic nevus. I suggest a dermoscopy examination specially since you think that it has recently appeared or changed.

Do you belive that it could be cancerous?
Brief Answer:
Could possibly be
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It could possibly be either a dysplastic nevus or an in situ cancer. However it may turn out to be totally benign on biopsy.
A dermoscopy would help in further deciding on whether to biopsy it or keep it under observation.
