Brief Answer:
There is improvement in latest report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

The normal reference semen analysis values as per WHO criteria followed internationally is as following

Complete ejaculate 2.0-5.0cc Liquefies in 20-25min
Rapid progressive Class A >25%
Progressive Class B >25%
Non progressive Class C <50%
Immotile or static Class D <50%

The new report done on 20-09-2014 says, your values are exactly 50 % each and can be considered borderline normal for motility.
As sperm count is 20 million per ml, oligozoospermia has been mentioned.

This states that your sperm are at lower limits of normal. There is improvement from semen analysis done on 09-08-2014. Please continue treatment and follow instructions of your doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Please consult urologist also

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mohammedshamil83,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

The ultrasound scrotum report is showing left side varicocele. There is little pooling of blood in the veins of your scrotum on left side and this can cause low sperm count. You might consult urologist and take treatment. If required a kidney ultrasound can be done.

If your sperm count increases further, then normal method of having a baby can be achieved.

Hope your query is answered.
