YOu are wondering what Mohs surgery is. This is a type of surgery usually for skin cancer where it is in an area like the face. It involves numbing the area with novacaine and then taking small amounts of the cancer out and looking immediately under the microscope to determine if it was all removed. they may take several cuts before they are sure all of the cancer was removed. This is the best fro cosmetic results and insures best outcomes.
