It does not seem concerning
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
The age of closure of the anterior fontanelle may vary between 4 and 26 months, with 90% of the closure occurring between 7 and 19 months. So, I would not worry if the fontanelle is not closed at the age of 14 months provided the fontanelle is flat i.e. neither bulged nor depressed. If still apprehensive or if it does not close after another 6 months, you should get the child thoroughly evaluated by a pediatrician but as of now I do not think that there is a reason to worry.
I would be more concerned with the developmental milestones rather than the closure of the anterior fontanelle. You can just google out for the milestones (including the variation ranges of course) and keep track.
Wish you all the best.
