Question : What might cause a red sunburn like rash on chest, arms and neck. Gets worse when warm to point that feels like a burn.

It is a condition where blood vessels are hypersensitive and become dilated as soon as you come in contact with heat,
I treat such cases with oral capsule doxycycline and topical metronidazole cream.
