10 Month Baby, Red Bumps On Vagina, Started After Virus Infection 2 Weeks Ago

my 10 month old has some tiny red bumps on her vagina. They are the color of her skin, don't seem to be itching, but they are raised. They are not draining anything. They seemed to have appeared after she had a cold/virus symptoms two weeks ago, she had small rash-like bumps on her chest, back, upper shoulders. These bumps on her vagina have not disappeared. They don't seem to be spreading.
