hello dear
thanks for your query at HCM
i understand your concern regarding child
nasoclear nasal drops contains sodium chloride nothing but salt water.
no side effects in applying that .
you can apply two drops in each nose if there is any problem with breathing and nasal secretion have dried and obstructing nasal flow then you can use it , nasoclear smoothens these crest and clears the airway.
there is no need for any other medication,
visit doctor if you any following signs respiratory rate more than 60 per minute, drwosy child, not accepting feeds, fever, sounds during quite respiration .
other wise no need for antibiotics or other medication
hope this will help
regards

Hi,
Nasoclear is a decongestant preparation & has good results in babies having earliest signs of cold. Please use Nasoclear pediatric nasal drops.
You can instill 2 drops in each nostril 8 hourly.
Few drops of Eucaliptus oil can be put on babies pillow or clothes,so as baby breaths it in sufficiently & gets relief form early cold.
Thanks
