15 Years. Eyes Blurry, Tingling Left Fingers, Bad Headache. Symptoms Disappeared But Not Headache. Should I Be Worried?

my son has just come home from school. He was at lunch when his eyes became blurry, he had tingling in his left fingers and then developed a bad headache . The vision and tingling has dissappeared but he now has a bad headache. He had the same thing happen at football training about 3 weeks ago. Otherwise he is a healthy 15 year old. Should I be worried?
