16 Year Old Having Pain While Having Intercourse. Burning And Stinging. On Treatment For Thrush. Is That The Reason?

Hello, I'm 16 years old and I have been sexually active for 3years now. In the past I have had no problems but in the recent year I have found it very difficult to have intercourse with out getting extremely sore, to the point I can't go to the toilet. It burns and stings and can't hardly walk, we use lube etc and still the same. I've been treated for thrush and still the same. What is my problem?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

There is possibility of some vaginal infection.
So you once consult gynecologist and get examined to find out the cause and take treatment accordingly.
Both you and your partner has to take the treatment simultaneously to avoid cross infection.
Maintain abstinence for few weeks till you completely recover from the problem.
