23 Year Old Having Pain In Collar Bone And Chest Area. Feeling Pain While Breathing, Numbness In Arm. What Is Happening?

hi, i am a 23 year old female. i have a pain in my coller bone and chest area on my left side as far down as my ribs, for past two days now. very sore to breath in and out at times. i also have odd pain in my left arm , numbness and pins and needles. and also a pain in the in my lower back on my left side just below my ribs.
