I did not read your site completely , but I believe that you can help me.
I am boy , and I am 26-27 years old and my Weight is about 50 – 51.
I want at least 10 cm increase in height …
Tell me about the most necessary nutrients I need it and tell me about exercises that are very useful to me please …
I know my age is high for height growth and I also know that it is possible .
And I do not want to increase foot surgery

Hi,
After 20 years increasing of height is not possible as there is fusion of epiphysis of long bones.
If some body claims for it, do not believe.
Yes your weight is less so try to increase the weight.
Take high protein diet, dairy products, cereals, pulses, puddings etc.
Ok and take care.
