Suggest A Diet Plan To Gain Weight

Hii i am 26 year old male and my weight is 64kg and height is 5 feet 9 inch. i want to gain weight. Could you please suggest me any diet plan which can help me in gaining weight and the diet contains all the essential nutrients required for the body.

Hai,
As your Body mass index seems to be normal.

To gain weight

Eat protein nourished foods like Almond,cashew,channa,soyabean,peanut in your daily food intake.
Add jaggery,black gram,and dal prepared with ghee.
take diary product like milk,yogurt,chesse,butter etc. Add banana and tuber vegetables.
add sea food and meat twice or thrice in a week.

This will nourish in a healthy way and gain weight
