3 Month Baby, Crying Continuously, Rubbing Fingers In Mouth. Is It Ok To Apply Zytee Gel? Teething?
Hello Doctor.
My Baby boy is 3 months 22 days old and his weight is 6.3 kg. At Birth weight was 3.3KG. He is on breast feed.Baby is active and normal.Last night baby could not sleep and crying and not taking feed also. He is continuously rubbing his fingers in his mouth for last few days. i m suspecting teething. I have ZYtee antiseptic pain- relieving gel. Is it ok to apply ZYtee .Thanks.

Hi,
It seems that she is having Infantile colic as it is common up to 3-4 months of age.
Teething problem is less likely as this is early having teething.
Give some anti-spasmodic drops like Dicyclomine.
Ok and take care.
