4 Month Old Baby Suffering From Loose Motion After Having Cerelac. Took Normet And Genticyn. What Kind Of Food Should Be Given?

at first i gave first bite - ragi to my daughter when she was 4 months old. she was going for motions 3-4 times per day. later i started cerelac -rice a week ago. she is going loose motions 10 times per day in small quantity. she is on normet and genticyn injection for 3 days-twice daily. what should i feed now. is cerelac the cause for loose motions

Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern

Baby is to be exclusively breastfed till 6 months of age and complementary feeding is to be started only after that as babies intestines can easily digest only milk till age of 6months.
In case you are giving formula feed than you can give water as well...
